This important moves for the transformation from the city inside to outside，responded the government ‘s guidance of policy of the industrial transformation, also according with the requirement  of the enterprise self.

According to the programming，as the production base ，JIANGXI PROVINCE SHIWAN HUANQIU CERAMIC CO.LTD would requisitioned an area of  115 Acers ，invested  RMB 4 million funds，divided 2 parts to proceed. The first term occupy an area of 50 Acers，invested 2 million RMB funds. It is constructing at present，proposed finished that and fired to put into production at  the end of 2009 ，then we will arrange the second term .
